Ensign Energy Services Inc. - First quarter dividend

    CALGARY, March 14 /CNW/ - Ensign Energy Services Inc. announces the
declaration of its regular quarterly dividend of $0.0825 (eight and
one-quarter cents) per Common Share.
    The Board of Directors of Ensign has declared the dividend of $0.0825 per
Common Share to be payable on April 2, 2008 to all Common Shareholders of
record as of March 26, 2008. The dividend payment is pursuant to the quarterly
dividend policy adopted by the Company.
    Pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Canadian Income Tax Act ("ITA"), the
dividend being paid is being designated as an "eligible dividend", as defined
in subsection 89(1) of the ITA.

    Ensign Energy Services Inc. is an international oilfield services
contractor based in Calgary, Alberta. Ensign Common Shares (symbol: ESI) are
publicly traded through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
